How do i should sure fitting Draw Length? |
- For almost all shooters, Have very accurate and the most simple route-only requires a tape measure and a calculator.
- To do this the shooter being measured should stand with his/her back against the wall and measure the wingspan (tip-to-tip of the fingers).Make sure the palms are forward, not against the wall and that the shooter isn’t stretching.
- When the measurement is found (in inches), divide that number by 2.5 and the resulting number will be proper draw length. For instance, my wingspan is 72.75 inches, so 72.75/2.5 is 29.1” and I shoot a 29” draw length.

How to Use the P-NEXUS PIUS Fletching Jig
1. Prepare Materials

Arrow shaft (clean & oil-free)

Feathers or vanes

Fletching glue

2. Install the Arrow Shaft

Place the arrow shaft into the jig clamp.

Adjust the bottom knob to set your preferred angle (120°, 90°, or 180°).
3. Position the Feather
- Insert the feather into the magnetic clamp with the base flat.

Align the feather with the arrow shaft reference point.
4. Apply Glue

Apply a thin, even layer of glue along the feather base.

Avoid excess glue to keep it clean and aerodynamic.
5. Attach the Feather

Close the clamp gently onto the arrow shaft.

Hold for 20–30 seconds for initial bonding.
6. Let It Cure

Release the clamp carefully.

Leave for 5–10 minutes (depending on glue type) until fully cured.
7. Repeat for Other Feathers

Rotate the shaft to the next angle (120°/90°).

Repeat steps 3–6 until all vanes are attached.
