We value your satisfaction
Your satisfaction is very important to AMEYXGS archery. If we make an error in fulfilling your order, please call or email us immediately and we will do everything possible to correct the situation. If you are still not satisfied with the purchased item, you can return any eligible item for replacement or refund within 30 days after delivery.
After submitting this return request, the customer service department will contact you to provide other information related to the return. If your return is authorized, you will receive the return shipment number and shipping instructions. Packages without a number will not be accepted. Any balance after the item has been replaced will be deducted from the card used for your original order. Please wait 3-5 days after your return arrives at us for processing.
Return policy
Unless specified at the time of purchase, all items purchased from AMEXYSG archery can be returned for exchange or refund (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days of delivery.
All returned shipments must clearly display a return authorization number on the outside of the package.
Returns must be unused, brand new, and in the original sealed manufacturer’s packaging (including styrofoam/packaging materials, plastic bags, accessories, all parts, screws, tools, manuals, warranty cards, registration information Wait).
Special or personalized orders, discontinued production, special offers, software, books, CDs, "cutting arrows/shafts", etc. cannot be returned under any circumstances, unless the item is replaced due to product defects.
Our acceptance of UPS/USPS packages does not constitute an approval for returned items. It is our sole discretion to approve the returned items to confirm the condition of the items and the ability to return them.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for returns received after 30 days.
Returned items that do not have the original packaging and/or show any signs of use, installation or wear will be charged a 20% restocking fee, or may be completely rejected based on the severity of wear.
AMEYXGS Archery reserves the right to refuse to return any used, damaged or unsaleable product for any reason.
Only in the case of an error in AMEYXGS will the return shipping fee be refunded. All CODs sent to AMEXYGS will be rejected and returned to the sender.
