We Value Your Satisfaction
At AMEYXGS Archery, your satisfaction is our top priority. If we make an error in fulfilling your order, please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to promptly resolve the issue.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery.
A flat $10 processing fee will be deducted from the refund for standard returns.
Return Process

Submit a return request through our customer service team.

Our support team will contact you with return-related instructions.

If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions.

Returns without a valid RA# will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Policy
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, items purchased from AMEYXGS Archery may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery (excluding original shipping costs).
Return Requirements

All returns must display a Return Authorization Number (RA#) clearly on the outside of the package

Items must be:

Unused

Brand new

In original manufacturer’s packaging

Include all accessories, manuals, tools, screws, warranty cards, and packaging materials

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances, except in cases of verified product defects:

Custom or personalized orders

Discontinued items

Clearance or special offer items

Software, books, CDs

Cut arrows / cut shafts
Fees & Conditions

Returns received after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee

Returns missing original packaging or showing signs of use, installation, or wear may:

Incur a 20% restocking fee, or

Be rejected entirely, depending on condition

Acceptance of packages by UPS / USPS does not guarantee approval of the return

All returned items are inspected at our discretion
Shipping & Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an AMEYXGS error
-
Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments will be refused

AMEYXGS Archery reserves the right to refuse any return that is used, damaged, or unsellable
