We Value Your Satisfaction
At AMEYXGS Archery, your satisfaction is our top priority. If we make an error in fulfilling your order, please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to promptly resolve the issue.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery.
A flat $10 processing fee will be deducted from the refund for standard returns.
Return Process

Returns without a valid RA# will not be accepted.

Return Policy
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, items purchased from AMEYXGS Archery may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery (excluding original shipping costs).

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances, except in cases of verified product defects:

Cut arrows / cut shafts
Fees & Conditions

Returns received after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee

Returns missing original packaging or showing signs of use, installation, or wear may:

Incur a 20% restocking fee, or

Be rejected entirely, depending on condition

Acceptance of packages by UPS / USPS does not guarantee approval of the return

All returned items are inspected at our discretion
Shipping & Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an AMEYXGS error

Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments will be refused

AMEYXGS Archery reserves the right to refuse any return that is used, damaged, or unsellable

Your package is currently in transit normally.
For international shipments, tracking updates may pause for several days while the parcel is:
- waiting for airline space
- going through customs
- being transferred to the local carrier
This is very common with USPS / international logistics and does not mean the package is lost. Tracking usually updates again once the parcel arrives in your country.
If there is still no update after 7 business days, please contact us again and we will investigate for you.

As noted in our shipping policy, address changes are usually possible before the shipping process begins.
Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid shipment delays.
But when your order is already on its way, I'm sorry but I'm not sure if the address can be changed successfully. Please prepare to go to the wrong address to collect the package.

According to our logistics policy, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer if applicable.
Most orders arrive without issues, but occasionally customs may charge local import fees.
