We thank you for your patience and are working hard to achieve the level of service you expect. Due to the increase in order volume, the current order shipping process takes longer than usual, which may cause the order to be delayed by 3-5 working days. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, and thank you for choosing AMEYXGS!
Shipping
1. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. (Except some countries and APO/FPO)
2. We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.
3. Normally we have the goods in stock, we can ship it out in 1- 2 days.
International tariffs and import taxes
Duties and import taxes are the full responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price of your order.
International orders exceed $800
For the convenience of customers, an automatic transportation quotation is provided. For international orders over US$300, customers can contact customer service for better shipping before placing the order.
Damaged or missing shipment
For UPS and most USPS shipments, we provide you with tracking information to ensure reliable service. USPS claims for lost packages require at least 30 days for the package to arrive before any claims can be made. We recommend sending critical orders through UPS whenever possible.
If your order is missing or damaged, please double check the contents and check the shipping carton. If the carton is intact, please contact us immediately, but under no circumstances should it exceed 7 days after receipt. If you receive a damaged, crushed, or torn package, and the goods inside are damaged or lost in any way, please keep all packaging materials and contact your local UPS or USPS service center for assistance in filing a claim. If your local operator cannot help you, please call 855-922-7769. Please do not return the package to us until you contact UPS or USPS and receive instructions on how to proceed. International claims for lost goods
Claims for lost packages need to arrive at least 30 days from the date of shipment before any claims can be made. Contact customer service to report the claim.
